How can I contact you?

How can I change or cancel my order?

 If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at info@shopcarine.com before noon MST the following business day.  Although this is our general rule we also try to ship as fast as possible and so changes and cancelations may not always be available after we ship.

What payment methods does Carine accept?

Currently we accept Credit Card Payments and Paypal. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to try and assist your request. Please contact us directly at info@shopcarine.com to arrange this.  

When will my order arrive?

We generally deliver all orders in 3-5 working days.

Is it safe to purchase online from Carine?

Carine has had over 20 years of retail experience in Scottsdale and the Phoenix area in multiple locations. Our designs and brands are in over 500 stores throughout the nation. The platform we use for Carine online is one of the most trusted E-Commerce platforms in the world. However, if you are still concerned with placing your order, please contact info@shopcarine.com and we will contact you regarding an alternative method to place your order.

What about shipping and delivery?

Our fulfillment partner fulfills orders within 1 business day (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include Weekends or Holidays. Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL). 

Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, you must reach out directly to the shipping carrier selected during checkout to resolve delivery issues. You should have your tracking number ready when reaching out to the shipping carrier.

What qualifies for free shipping?

Periodically we offer free shipping.  Some restrictions apply. Free shipping only applies to products that will be delivered in the Continental US. Items using our free shipping method will be shipped using USPS First Class or Priority but should arrive within three business days. Shipping speed cannot be upgraded despite the options that may be shone during checkout. Also, free shipping cannot be combined with any other offers.

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. Optionally we can also text you when we ship your order. If you did not receive this email, please email info@shopcarine.com 

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-days hassle-free return for your purchases.  The items must be in original condition with tags.Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements. Carine offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).  If free shipping was used the original shipping cost for shopcarine.com will be deducted from the return.  All returns will be mailed to our Scottsdale, Arizona location. Instructions will be sent after the initial email request.  Please email info@shopcarine.com for instructions.   

What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at so we can urgently review the matter for you.  Please email info@shopcarine.com 

How do I request a return?

We offer 30-days hassle-free return for your purchases.  Please go to this link to start your return process.  

Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for damaged items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs. Once the items have been received, you will receive your refund  - item price, excluding original shipping cost.  Unfortunately, we cannot cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We highly recommend using a tracking service but it is not required. 


 

When do you add new products?

New products are added to ShopCarine.com every day.  Please feel free to also visit our three Scottsdale locations.

I bought from CarineStore.com. Do you have other websites?

CarineStore.com website and their Facebook account are not associated with us or our brand in any way.  Our official online store is ShopCarine.com

Unfortunately over the past few months, another company has been using our name, taking images from other retailers, and misleading customers.  After purchasing something from this website, customers are receiving incorrect items or no merchandise at all. We have had CarineStore.com customers reach out to us after not being able to reach any customer service staff there.

CarineStore.com is associated with a company called Loosely Store. If you search online for "Loosely Store Scam" you will find thousands of complaints from customers. 

Carine is a growing family business with three stores located in Scottsdale, AZ.  Our first store was opened by Carine Wang nearly 20 years ago, and she is the owner, designer, and buyer for our stores. We believe in quality and design that will make you look and feel incredible. It is no surprise that other companies want to use our name - however, they can never take what we stand for.

For those customers that have ordered from CarineStore.com, we are sorry you've been misled.  We suggest contacting your credit card company and requesting a charge back on your card - and please also report the CarineStore.com web site and Facebook page to the appropriate authorites.  We are just as frustrated as you are.  

Please don't be afraid to shop our online store.  We have been in business for 20 years, with three Scottsdale locations and a fourth opening soon, and our Carine brand is carried by over 500 fine retailers across the USA. You'll love everything about us.
